By accessing and participating in Rhythmmm’s platform, you agree to the following terms with Rhythmmm LLC 

 

1. Scope of Representation  

Rhythmmm provides curatorial development, digital representation, and promotional support, including the creation and ongoing management of a curated artist profile.

 

2. Curatorial Profile  

The Company will create a dedicated artist page presenting the Artist’s work through a cohesive artistic narrative and professional presentation.

 

3. Fees  

A one-time fee of $599 covers initial curatorial development.  

A recurring fee of $69 per month supports ongoing representation, maintenance, and refinement.

 

4. Ongoing Representation & Maintenance  

Rhythmmm will continuously update and refine the Artist’s profile.

 

5. Commission on Sales  

Rhythmmm shall receive a 36% commission on all sales facilitated through its platform or network.

 

6. Pricing Consistency  

The Artist agrees to maintain consistent pricing across all platforms.

 

7. Promotion & Usage Rights  

The Artist grants Rhythmmm the right to use images and materials for promotion. Copyright remains with the Artist.

 

8. Artist Responsibilities  

The Artist confirms all works are original and accurate.

 

9. Liability  

Rhythmmm is not responsible for loss, damage, or unforeseen events.

 

10. Termination  

This agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice. Fees are non-refundable.

 

11. Governing Law  

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York.

 

12. Electronic Acceptance
