Chromatic Resonance

Chromatic Resonance presents a focused selection of sculptural works by David Hayes that examine the relationship between color, spatial tension, and formal abstraction. Through intersecting planes and rhythmic geometries, the exhibition considers sculpture as an active dialogue between material presence and perceptual experience.

Hayes’ practice operates within a lineage of postwar abstraction while maintaining a distinctly contemporary sensitivity to movement, balance, and chromatic structure. Industrial materials are transformed into fluid compositions in which weight and lightness coexist, producing shifting visual relationships as viewers move through space.
