Music is my voice, my connection to the world, and my way of bringing people together. Born into a family of musicians, I carry forward my parents' legacy by expressing love and emotion through my violin. My goal is to create moments that transcend words, allowing audiences to experience the depth and beauty of music.
ABOUT
Taisiya Losmakova is a Belarusian-born violinist, chamber musician, and concert producer based in New York City. Renowned for her expressive artistry and versatile musical voice, she brings a wealth of international experience to every collaboration. A graduate of the Belarusian State Academy of Music and Temple University’s Boyer College of Music, Taisiya has performed at leading venues including Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, the Kimmel Center, and the Baryshnikov Arts Center. Her work spans classical, contemporary, and cross-genre projects, with collaborations alongside artists such as Maxim Vengerov, Misha Maisky, Lambert Orkis, and Dmitri Berlinsky.
In addition to her active performance career, Taisiya curates and produces chamber music events in partnership with Gotham Arts and the Stephanie Kim Gallery, fostering artistic communities and creating intimate musical experiences. She is passionate about building meaningful collaborations that celebrate musical excellence, innovation, and connection.
